People Partnering  was founded by Angela, to enable her to continue with a passion for  supporting a range of clients and setting up on her own. Angela loves working with businesses of all sizes;  large enterprises, SME's and start ups. She felt it was time that any organisation, regardless of size, had access to people partnering solutions that didn't break the bank. A service that prides itself on talking real talk and not boggling the minds of business leaders with HR speak . 

Of course, she loves to ‘get her geek on’ as  she is naturally HR and L&D obsessed, not many can honestly say that their job is their hobby  and she often tells anyone that listens  how  lucky she is to be  able to do just that. 

One thing is for sure, she prides herself on tailoring the right solution for your business and has worked for big organisations that are global players, well established, well oiled machines. Often they are looking for super corporate approaches and  services which she can support through her people partnering approach.

  In contrast, Angela loves to work with smaller companies in a growth stage, or maybe not so small but realising they need a robust people strategy to continue to  be key players in their competitive markets.
